Hello everyone! My name is Kaitlyn O'Donnell. I am so excited to be making the jump from Kindergarten to Junior High in my third year teaching here, at GFS! I graduated with a BEd from Concordia University of Edmonton in 2018, after completing my BA in French Studies there, in 2016. Throughout my time in university, I worked as a Preschool Instructor for Strathcona County, coached U9, U10, then U17 soccer in Sherwood Park, worked for Alberta Soccer as a coach in their Mini-stars program, and played varsity for 5 years.
Right now, I live in Calgary and love spending time with my family and friends, playing cards, Scrabble, and different sports. I love working at George Freeman School, where I have been able to share my passion for sports, early-childhood, math/sciences and languages with amazing staff, students and families!
